A refreshing office design that redefines office spaces! Full of greens, interactive spaces, open planning and earthy textures, the Corporate office for Hotel Centre Point, Ramdaspeth, Nagpur is designed with an aim to make the space super interactive as the clients wanted to nurture team culture and its spirit. In fact, the cabins were distributed to the staff by playing musical chair! With the transition of spaces from formal work stations and cabins to informal booth sit-outs and recreational areas what ties the whole space is the circulation, colorful elements such as the regal pink wall at the entrance that reflects the brand logo color and it continues to pop strategically in zebra blinds, upholstery, exposed ceiling; balancing with other secondary colors such as a bright orange and the blue, concrete textures and lots of green. There are some cozy corners for those who love to take breaks such as the recreational area which is a semi-outdoor space with interactive wall installation and pantry attached. A booth seating pavilion is designed as you enter the hall that is very interactive for group discussions and informal meetings. The conference room is smart yet colorful that offers a positive vibe for formal discussions with the huge conference table designed with no head chair to appreciate the culture of co-working. The biggest challenge in the project was to bring in natural light and with the design of huge windows, spatial planning, lots of greens and exposing the Z- trusses by removing the masonry skin of the common wall between the two halls that form this office space we were able to achieve it. Keeping the ideology of this office being for a hospitality brand, all the furniture are tailor made along with displays of food grains and quotes that reflect the brand ideology tying up everything together beautifully!
