DUBLIN 88- the Irish Hub is an Irish themed lake view restaurant and bar spanning over an area of 3400sq.m. The site is a beautiful outdoor arena with a spectacular view of the Surabirdi lake in Nagpur. The design is an organic master plan that integrates the whole site and creates variety of spatial arrangements to experience visual and spatial connect! The various zones include- The TERRACE’ zone, which is the closest section to the back waters. According to the context, cantilevered round terraced structures of twenty feet at a height that will have been designed very carefully at a height such that it only enhances and not breaks the view and experience of the waters. It thus creates different visual and comfort zones. Also there are gazebos, barrel tables and other seating styles planned around the terraces that enhance the beauty of the terraces and its scenic view. The BAR, is a central island bar with a green court encircled by a curved promenade. It is designed in an old school medium & the court around is defined by Champa trees. This court thus gives a very warm and welcoming experience. The rustic furniture with barrel tables perfectly sink in the whole vibe! The VILLAS, is a section with three Irish cottages named after three Irish personalities that bring in the old school charm back to life with its interiors. They are placed obliquely in order to get the complete view of the site, especially the waters.
